The health bars won't display

The health bars won't display
I'm using DBTS xtended right now and I can't get the health bars to show. Can someone fix it or tell me how to fix it. Or even just give me a suggestion on where to look?

I just released a small bugfix update for Xtended. It should fix healthbars and compass.
