Which file determines the actor that's used for "$actor0"

I want to experiment with different creatures to play as for the non-expansion campaign for DBTS, instead of using just Enric. I've learned that $actor0 determines which creature is controlled by the player, but where can I find the file that let's you change the actor that represents $actor0?

The player actor stuff for campaigns is hardcoded, so there's no easy way to mod it. One of the things i was hoping to do at one point would be to make campaigns moddable, allowing mods to change options like that and to even make custom campaigns.

Maybe add a console command like "change_actor" so the selected actor can be switched to different creatures in the midst of gameplay. I could use this to turn Enric into the creature of my choice. :)

One thing you do need to add into the console if you haven't already is a resurrect command.
