How do I do a stab/thrust attack?

Hello! I'm new here.
I have a question to ask for a long time, how do I stab my enemy? Because sometimes slashing don't work because of closed space.

A real stab isn't possible i guess. Even when you manage to do something similar it won't do much damage, because the game doesn't calculate piercing damage and the speed of a thrust is too slow to generate much slashing damage.
But the closest thing to a stab i know is to alternate between Block (Enter on numpad in Keyboard VSIM) and Extended Arm (0 on numpad). Won't do much damage, but it can be handy to disturb enemy attacks.
